Coupon(s). (Bid and Lease orders are excluded.) Although the coupons may be used by any
purchaser, the coupons contain the suggestion that the purchaser deliver the coupons to
you, the local band/orchestra director. The more redeemable Bonus Coupons you accumulate,
the more FREE INSTRUMENTS you can obtain FOR YOUR SCHOOL. Many schools have already
registered and are receiving free instruments. The current Redemption List is printed on
the back inside cover of NEMC's catalog.

$150.00 to $750.00 purchaser will receive 1 Bonus Coupon
$751.00 to $1500.00 purchaser will receive 2 Bonus Coupons
$1501.00 to $2250.00 purchaser will receive 3 Bonus Coupons
$2251.00 to $3000.00 purchaser will receive 4 Bonus Coupons
$3001.00 or over purchaser will receive 5 Bonus Coupons

If an instrument is found unsatisfactory within seven (7) days of receipt (excluding
acoustic pianos), NEMC will replace it or refund your money, less shipping and handling
charges. (Please note: Special orders are only returnable if factory defective.)

All packages received from NEMC or an NEMC supplier should be inspected immediately for
damage or shortage claims. Contact our Customer Service Department within 48 hours of
receipt regarding any concerns at 800-526-4593. Failure to do so may jeopardize a claim.
