In the past few weeks, it's become clear that we face an unprecedented challenge. Our hearts go out to those who have been affected by the outbreak of coronavirus (COVID-19). All of us are concerned and want to do our part to keep our families and neighbors safe and healthy.

At NEMC, we believe our role and responsibility is to focus on the health and well-being of our customers and partners while also playing a constructive role in helping individuals and communities use music making as a therapeutic outlet during a time of need. To that end, we will make decisions based on the latest science-based information and guided by our mission statement and core values.

I wanted to reach out to you personally to share what we are doing to help prevent the spread of the virus and support the health of all customers, employees, dealer partners and community.

We are taking steps to protect our team of associates. This means cleaning and sanitizing our facilities daily using EPA registered disinfectants and encouraging our dealer partners to do the same. We are enabling more of our associates to work from home, while still providing the level of service and support you expect and deserve. We are also making it easier for our people to take the time they need to care for themselves or loved ones without financial hardship.

We will continue to leverage our 60+ years of experience of consistently providing schools, dealer partners and students with the highest quality refurbished and sanitized musical instruments for beginners through advancing musicians. Our CDC approved cleaning and sanitizing process has been the historical benchmark for the music products industry.

We are making it easier for individuals to clean and care for the musical instruments they possess by updating the resources on our website with the latest science-based information. And for those who want additional peace of mind, we are making it easier to send us instruments for deep cleaning and sanitization.

We understand this is an evolving situation and are closely monitoring current events so we may make conscious based choices that best serve our music making communities.

Thank you for your support of NEMC and its dealer partners. We look forward to helping you and yours continue to experience the joys of music making.

Regards,
