DAMAGE WAIVER

for Rental Instruments

Most parents add our optional Damage Waiver coverage at the time the instrument is rented to protect themselves from the expense of accidental damage, maintenance and loss due to fire and theft. If your rental instrument is not working correctly and you have this coverage, you are entitled to receive expedited repair service at no additional cost. There are three convenient ways to obtain service:

1. Take your instrument back to the NEMC EASYRENT Authorized Dealer where your instrument was rented. Minor repairs and adjustments can often times be done on site or the dealer will facilitate shipping the instrument back to us for service. Rental customers receive top priority with most repairs completed the same day or the next day after receipt.
2. If your instrument was shipped to you directly, there may be an authorized repair center in your area, but it can be faster and more convenient to ship it to us for service. Please contact customer service 800-526-4593 or [email protected], to determine which solution best suits your needs.
3. Service requests for instruments that were delivered to your child’s school can, in most cases, be coordinated via the music teacher and the NEMC Educational Sales Representative assigned to your school. Please contact us or your child’s music teacher to arrange for free pick up, delivery and expedited repair service.

EASYCARE365

Worry-free maintenance plan for purchased instruments.

Our comprehensive maintenance plan provides coverage for rental instruments once they are paid off. One low annual fee covers maintenance and repair costs not covered by your manufacturer’s warranty and entitles you to the same priority service that rental customers receive. 1. Instruments purchased at one of our Authorized Dealers may be taken back to the store for Easy Care 365 service. The instrument will either be repaired by the dealer or shipped to us for service.
2. If you purchased or rented the instrument directly from NEMC and had it shipped to your home, please contact our customer service department at 800-526-4593 or [email protected] to determine if there is an authorized repair center in your area, or request a free return label to ship the instrument back to us for service.
3.
